Registration Information
Registration begins January 1st for current, alumni, and church families. Registration opens up to the public on January 15th. Enrollment is open until classes fill.

Required for Fall 2024
A current Universal Health Record Form & Immunization Record are required for all registrants before the school year begins. You will be sent a form in late spring. If your child has documented allergies, we will also need the Permission to Give Medication Form & EpiPen prior to the school year.
You will receive a student handbook, emergency contact form, media permission slip, a release form if anyone other than the parents will be picking up your child and a few other school forms before the school year begins.
First payment is due 6/1. We will send a reminder in the spring.
