2 1/2 Year-Old Drop-off Class
This is a wonderful option for children who do not meet the October 1st cut-off date and turn 3 between October 1st and March 31st. This class is a drop-off class on Wednesdays from 12:30 – to 2:00 PM.
Our 2 ½ year-old program is designed to help children develop a positive attitude toward the school environment, and to encourage independence from parent/caregiver by participating in teacher-directed activities.
3 Year-Old Class
Learning Tree Preschool provides a warm, nurturing, and happy environment for your three year-old to learn and practice important early academic skills. The three year-old class curriculum is based on a Letter of the Week program. The children are introduced to a new letter of the alphabet each week using the Fundations program. Activities, including story time and daily crafts, are centered around that letter. In addition, each child gets individual time with the teacher throughout the week to work on fine motor development, such as proper pencil grip and scissor use, as well as letter recognition and sounds.
Learning Tree builds on the foundations of the Letter of the Week curriculum learned in the three year-old program to ensure your child is ready for kindergarten and their academic adventures ahead.
Learning Tree Preschool provides a warm, nurturing, and happy environment for your Pre-K child in which to learn and practice these important early academic skills.
